As we near Apple’s upcoming “Far out” special event on Wednesday, September 7, where we expect to see the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro unveiled to the world, two separate reports today have suggested that Apple’s long-rumored new pill-shape and circular exhibit cutouts for the iPhone 14 Pro, which is said to replace the rectangular notch on current generation iPhones, could be subconscious from view by software, with the notch rhadamanthine one long pill-shape-like woodcut towards the top of the display.
Following the two reports, 9to5Mac has published a new story that cites an unnamed source with so-called knowledge of Apple’s plans, who claims that the new long pill-shape-like woodcut that will replace the notch will house the iPhone’s privacy indicators for the microphone and camera, as shown in mockups by the site.
As the concept image shows, the source suggests that Apple will reposition the untried and orange privacy indicators currently found towards the upper-right of the notch to the middle of the pill-shape-like woodcut notch, ultimatum that Apple plans to indulge users to tap on the indicators to see a list of which applications are using the microphone and the camera.

Introduced with iOS 14, the privacy indicators towards in the top corner of the iPhone’s screen whenever an app is using your microphone or camera. A untried dot indicates that your camera is in use and an orange dot indicates your microphone is in use.
It is not possible for two indicators to show at once, with the rumored relocation to the part-way of the new notch giving Apple the opportunity to exhibit both, as shown in the concepts.
