In this blog, I will review the Apple AirPod Pro headphones and give you my verdict on whether they are worth the price. I’ve been using AirPods for a few years and loved them, so I didn't hesitate to get them when Apple AirPods Pro came to the market. I got them because of ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and the relatively good battery life. Let’s take a look at what caught my attention about these headphones.
In terms of comfort, the Apple AirPods Pro headphones are much more comfortable in the ear than the AirPods. If I were to compare them to Sony’s “travel headphones,” then compared to them, the Apple AirPods Pro is significantly more comfortable. Unlike the classic AirPods, the Pro headphones come with three different sizes of tips that you can snap on to find information that fits your ear. The ends are tapered so they conform to the shape of your ears and prevent the AirPod Pro from falling out. As such, the headphones will also be suitable for exercising. The headphones are also comfortable for extended listening.
I like the new look of the AirPods on the AirPod Pro. I especially like that the feet of the headphones are smaller and less noticeable when you’re wearing them (especially outdoors). The new elongated case design looks much more stylish than its predecessor. In general, I think they look better. I also provided a stylish cat sleeve for the headphone case.
Unlike the AirPods, you can charge the Pro headphones wirelessly because they come with a wireless charging case, which is a great feature, especially if you already have wireless chargers. You can still use the lightning cable to charge your headphones as well. The case provides over 24 hours of battery life. The Pro’s headphones will notify your iPhone when they need to be assessed and can be set using any Qi-certified charger.
